OUR HISTORY
The Beta Tau chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Incorporated is in it's 70th year of providing dedicated service to the Morgan State, Baltimore, and Maryland communities. Chartered in 1954 at Morgan State College, Beta Tau was the first undergraduate chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. in Maryland. Founded by five visionary collegiate women, the chapter has inspired a legacy of excellence upheld by 200+ extraordinary women.
